Twenty-five years of professional experience, in program implementation with partnership modalities and an understanding of several development issues and approaches (Child Rights, WASH & Good Governance, Public Health, Nutrition, Humanitarian Accountability, DRR and Emergency, Youth and community leadership, Extreme Poverty, Policy Advocacy, Rights Based Approach, Community Mobilization. Academically trained in Social Anthropology, Public Health, and Population Sciences.
Conducted training sessions on humanitarian accountability as part of the LCS4R (Local Capacity Strengthening for Response) project, jointly implemented by IMC and Concern USA across several countries and supported by USAID funding. The training targeted local NGOs and CBOs, with a strategic emphasis on enhancing capacity within the framework of Aid Localization. Key training modules concentrate on fostering community engagement, ensuring downward accountability, promoting anticipatory action, and enhancing fundraising capabilities.
